Refund Policy

Returns within 14 days

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery . All products are covered against manufacturing defects and will be fully refunded.

Non-refundable items

Refunds and returns are not possible for:

Return procedure

If the item has not been used, we will issue a full refund upon receipt at our warehouse.

Important : Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, we do not offer free returns.

Our returns process is designed to be simple and transparent: you'll be informed every step of the way. You can also return your order using the provided return label and a shipping service of your choice. We recommend tracking to avoid loss.

We cannot be held responsible for returned packages lost in the mail. We strongly recommend using a trackable and signed delivery service .

Note: Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Item damaged upon receipt?

If your item was damaged during shipping, we will send you a new one at our expense.

Order cancellation

You have up to 48 hours after receiving your confirmation email to cancel your order and obtain a full refund .

After this period, cancellation becomes difficult because the order is already being processed.
