General Conditions of Sale (GCS)

ARTICLE 1 – SCOPE OF APPLICATION

These General Conditions of Sale (GCS) govern the sales of products made on the Footeux site.

Any order placed on the Site implies full and complete acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions by the buyer (hereinafter referred to as “the Customer”).

ARTICLE 2 – PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY

2.1 Product Description

Footeux offers football jerseys and other merchandise for sale. Each product is accompanied by a detailed description and photographs.

2.2 Product availability

Products are offered while stocks last. In the event of unavailability after ordering, the Customer will be informed by email and may:

  • Cancel the order and get a refund,
  • Wait for restocking if expected,
  • Choose another product of equivalent value.

ARTICLE 3 – PRICE AND PAYMENT

3.1 Product prices

The prices displayed on the Site are in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC) , excluding delivery costs.

3.2 Payment methods

Payment can be made via:

  • Bank card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express),
  • PayPal

Payment is secure through our payment provider and banking information is not stored on our Site.

ARTICLE 4 – ORDER AND VALIDATION

4.1 Order process

The Customer follows the following steps to finalize an order:

  1. Selection of products and addition to the basket,
  2. Validation of the basket and completion of delivery information,
  3. Choice of payment method and confirmation,
  4. Received a confirmation email.

4.2 Refusal of order

Footeux reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of suspected fraud, payment anomaly or previous dispute with the Customer.

ARTICLE 5 – DELIVERY

5.1 Delivery times and methods

Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on busy periods (sales, holidays, etc.).

5.2 Delivery costs

Delivery costs are calculated based on the delivery method chosen and the destination country.

5.3 Order tracking

A tracking number is sent by email after the order is shipped.

ARTICLE 6 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

6.1 Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code , the Customer has 14 days after receipt of the package to exercise his right of withdrawal, without justification.

Exceptions :

  • Personalized products (e.g.: jersey with the Customer's name on it) cannot be returned or exchanged .

6.2 Return procedure

  1. The Customer contacts Footeux at contact@footeux.com to report their return.
  2. The product must be returned unworn, unwashed, in its original packaging .
  3. Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer (except for defective products).
  4. Refund within 7 days after receipt of the return , via the same payment method used for the purchase.

ARTICLE 7 – WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY

7.1 Legal guarantee

Footeux applies the legal guarantees in force:

  • Guarantee of conformity (article L.217-4 of the Consumer Code): covers product conformity defects for 2 years after delivery .
  • Warranty against hidden defects (article 1641 of the Civil Code): covers hidden defects preventing normal use of the product.

7.2 Warranty Exclusions

Not covered by the warranty:

  • Normal wear and tear of the product,
  • Improper use (e.g. washing not in accordance with recommendations).

ARTICLE 8 – PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

The personal data collected is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and current regulations ( GDPR ).

The Client can access, modify or delete their data at any time by contacting contact@footeux.com .

ARTICLE 9 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Site (texts, images, logo, graphic charter) is protected by copyright and may not be used without authorization.

ARTICLE 10 – FORCE MAJEURE

Footeux cannot be held responsible in the event of unforeseeable events preventing the execution of the contract (strike, natural disaster, etc.).

ARTICLE 11 – APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES

11.1 Applicable law

These T&Cs are governed by French law .

11.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, the Client may contact Footeux for an amicable solution. If no agreement is reached, the dispute may be brought before the competent courts.

ARTICLE 12 – MODIFICATIONS TO THE GTC

Footeux reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. The current version is the one displayed on the Site at the time of the order.
